The head of the national deputies' bloc of the PRO, Cristian Ritondo, maintains hope for an electoral front in the province of Buenos Aires with La Libertad Avanza, despite disagreements between Mauricio Macri and Javier Milei. In television statements, Ritondo affirmed that Macri and Milei respect each other and the priority is to defeat Kirchnerism in the province of Buenos Aires.
Although Ritondo is trying to establish an agreement with La Libertad Avanza, it is likely that the PRO will end up allying with the Bonaerense radicalism sector led by Maximiliano Abad. A meeting will soon be held at the Howard Johnson chain on the outskirts of La Plata with the presence of leaders from both parties, aiming to rekindle the coalition that united them in the last elections.
The dissident radicalism, represented by national deputy Facundo Manes with the backing of Martín Lousteau, will not participate in this alliance. Ritondo has expressed the need to unite to fight for change, emphasizing the importance of working together in the province of Buenos Aires. Despite the difficulties in the City, Ritondo highlights the special responsibility to achieve electoral convergence in the province.
